All sales are final, as each item is tailored to your preferences and becomes a one-of-a-kind creation crafted just for you.

Returns are not accepted. If, by mischief or misfortune, an item arrives damaged, please reach out through our contact page with your order number and a few photos of the damage so we can conjure a swift resolution.

Shipping issues (such as lost or damaged packages) will be investigated with the carrier.

Product concerns will be addressed directly between the customer and Peppered Pages & Dice on a case-by-case basis.
